Some New Draw Poker Versions

Assassin

Assassin is played with one joker. Players are dealt four card hands and one separate blind card. Players look at their four cards, but can not look at the blind one. The game is played like five card draw, but with four cards: a betting round, a draw and a betting round. At this stage, where normal five card draw would end with a showdown, Assassin players flip over their blind cards and leave it face-up at the table, so everyone can see it. This card will serve as the fifth card in their hand, unless it is a Joker. Joker functions as a wild card in the Assassin game unless it is dealt as a blind card. In this case, Joker acts as an assassin, assassinating the player he belongs to. This player automatically leaves the game, but before he does it, he must match the pot, so no worse thing can happen to Assassin player than getting a Joker as a blind card.

The players who have not been assassinated play the final betting round and revel their cards. The best hand wins.

Frustration

Frustration is nothing more than two card draw poker. It is played exactly as standard five card draw, but with two cards that can combine a Pair or a High Card poker hand.

Italian Poker

In Italian poker, all players are dealt five face-down cards and play a betting round like in standard five card draw, but the drawing is different: the dealer flips face-up two cards from the top of the deck. The card he flips first is the First card, and the other one is the Second card. To not to lose track of the First card further in the game, the dealer can indicate it placing a chip or a coin on it. Now, starting from the first player to the left of the dealer, all players are given an option to draw one or both cards placed face-up in front of the dealer. If a player selects to draw both cards, he does so and two new cards are flipped face-up from the top of the deck. If a player wants to draw only one card, he receives the First card. The Second card then becomes the First and a new Second card is drawn from the top of the deck. If a player does not want any cards, the next player in the clockwise direction is offered the same two face-up cards.

All for One

All for One is equal to five card draw, but players can not draw any number of cards they want. They can either draw one card only or all five cards at once. All other rules correspond to standard five card draw poker.

Psycho

Psycho is an unusual game that begins like five card draw and ends like seven card stud. As in standard five card draw, Psycho players receive five cards face-down, play a betting round and draw a number of cards. After this the unusual part begins. Players turn up three of their cards and continue playing seven card stud: a betting round occurs, another face-up card is dealt to each player, another betting round, face-down card, the final betting round and showdown. At the stud stage of the game, the player with the best hand showing opens betting, exactly like in seven card stud.
