How To Play Indian Poker

There are so many variations to the game of poker and many of them are a lot of fun to play and you have a chance to win big money. I want to introduce you to one of the newest and most fun poker variations that is not even really a game of poker, but shares the same name.

I will have to start by saying this game is I have played this game many times before and have enjoyed the amount of money you can win. The fact is about this game is it is based on not knowing what card you are holding. It makes for a lot of bluffing, because you know their hand and you are trying not to give away a busted hand or the Ace high.

The game is called Indian Poker, although it is even really a variation on guts poker, but the name says it all. You can play from 2 to 10 players with this game. The initial deal is one card to each player, sometimes with a fine and the player is called out if he looks at his own card.

This is the object of the game: for each player to hold his card up so that everyone else can see it but his or herself. Then betting begins starting with the player to the left of the dealer. Once the betting is done with, each player looks at his card and the player with the highest card takes the pot. The game continues for one deck. This is literally a game of who has the highest card, but you cannot know what your card is and that can drive you crazy, especially when there is no limit to the pot. High Card rules in this game Ace high, two Low.
